This is our fifth entrepreneur conference as a B2B referral ecosystem. Based on post-conference feedback, I’ve designed this year’s gathering with even more time for both structured and unstructured networking.

1. Time to build relationships. This year we’ve built in more networking time (both guided and open sessions) to encourage and allow more space.
2. Workshops with real engagement. All presentations will have time for Q&A. Topics include operational best practices, marketing ideas, and leadership frameworks.
3. Leadership coaching tailored to you. Choose your coach and enjoy a complimentary session through the Good Humans Coaching Corner.

While our welcome reception is optional it is strongly recommended for those looking to get the most out of GROW 2026. This isn’t just a party (although we DO have fun). This year we are including a guided Find Your People networking experience that you don’t want to miss. Appetizers, networking and cash bar are included in the ticket price (plus you get to skip the registration line on Thursday).
