The Referral Grow Group

Referral Grow Groups are designed for founders and business development leaders who want to build meaningful relationships that lead to qualified sales referrals. Forget transactional âleadâ quotas. Our groups use structured exercises in bi-weekly or monthly meetings to help members truly understand each other's businesses. The goal is to create a pro-business development environment where you can actively and authentically generate leads and help others do the same.

The Peer Advisory Grow Group

For founders and business development leaders who need a trusted board of advisors and who want to learn from their peers, our Peer Advisory/Mastermind groups are the perfect solution. These groups offer a safe space to share challenges and receive wise counsel. Most of the Peer Advisory Grow Groups use a "hot seat" model, where one member presents a business problem, and the rest of the group offers clarifying questions and advice based on their own experiences. Additionally, these groups often invite expert speakers to help fill knowledge gaps and provide valuable education. Referrals are still part of these communities, although they are not the main focus of why we gather.

The Hybrid Grow Group

Some of our Grow Groups blend the best of both worlds. Through a structured agenda we learn each membersâ value proposition, as well as their current business challenges. Hybrid Grow Groups are for both advice from peers as well as qualified sales leads. You'll get the deep, strategic advice of a peer advisory group while still being in an environment that actively encourages and facilitates sales referrals. This flexibility is by design, allowing you to create a group that aligns perfectly with your vision and your members' needs.
